Timing - Arrival: Please provide your Cruise information during booking to ensure timely pickup upon your arrival. -Departure: Pickup times will be coordinated based on your departure Cruise schedule.

Any damage to the vehicle or property during the transfer caused by the passenger(s) will result in additional charges, billed to the responsible party.
Passengers are expected to respect the vehicle and follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for everyone.
48+ hours notice: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% charge.
Within 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
