After clearing immigration, customs, and collecting your baggage, head to the airport exit.
Look for a Reflections of Barbados Inc. sign with your name or group name.
Our representative will be there to greet you and escort you to your designated vehicle.
Any damage to the vehicle or property during the transfer caused by the passenger(s) will result in additional charges, billed to the responsible party.
Passengers are expected to respect the vehicle and follow the driver’s instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for everyone.
48+ hours notice: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% charge.
Within 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be submitted via email to info@reflectionsbarbados.com within the specified timeframes.
